Payments & Pricing
All prices listed on Stark Vision Photography are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We work hard to ensure our pricing and information are accurate but reserve the right to update or correct details at any time. If a pricing or product description error occurs after you’ve placed an order, you’ll be given the option to cancel for a full refund or proceed with the corrected price.
Availability
Each Stark Vision image is part of a short-run, limited production and printed on demand with care. We strive to keep our site updated with available prints, formats, and frame options. However, due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our work, availability may change without notice. Some editions may sell out quickly or be retired to maintain exclusivity.
If you’ve fallen in love with a piece that’s no longer listed or have a specific vision in mind, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always open to custom requests and will do our best to bring your vision to life.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Stark Vision piece, but if something’s gone wrong, let us make it right.
- Returns: As all prints are made to order, we unfortunately can’t offer refunds for change of mind.
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll replace it or offer a refund.
- Lost Packages: If your package hasn’t arrived after a reasonable period, get in touch, and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Important Notes
- Please keep the original packaging in case you need to return the item.
- You will need access to a printer to print any return labels provided.
- Our delivery insurance covers damage reports made within 24 hours of receipt.
- We cannot guarantee identical colour matches for products ordered at different times due to material variations.
- Always check your cart and order receipt thoroughly to ensure accuracy before placing your order, as replacements for custom-made items can be expensive.

A: Absolutely. We ship worldwide! Just note that delivery times and costs vary depending on location. With the current uncertainty regarding tariffs, please contact us with the image size and your location, and we can provide you with an accurate price.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Each print is made to order. Please allow 15 business days for production, plus shipping time. Australian deliveries usually arrive within 20 business days. International orders can take a bit longer, around 4–6 weeks on average.
Q: Can I request a custom size or crop?
A: In many cases, No, If you have a specific vision in mind, drop us a message via the contact page and we’ll see what magic we can work.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: We carefully package every print, but accidents happen. If your print arrives damaged, send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll replace it or refund you.
Q: Do you offer digital downloads?
A: Not at the moment—each piece is meant to be a tangible work of art, ready to hang or gift. But we’re always open to new ideas!
